Today was not a good day. Today you thought you had made it. Then the house flooded. Your car broke to the point of being unfixable. You lost your job. You disappointed your loves ones. The police appeared on your doorstep because you lost someone you loved. You lost yourself. You failed. You were utterly terrified. You screwed up. Your world shattered.

Sweet B, these days are going hurt. You will wrap your arms to your chest and there will be nothing there but a hole. You will wonder how much fear or pain could fit inside you. On your worst…
